Terms and Conditions

General


Fylde Carpet Doctor agrees to perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. Fylde Carpet Doctor reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By ordering Fylde Carpet Doctor via telephone, e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to be bound by the Fylde Carpet Doctor Cleaning Terms and Conditions of Service.
The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.

Claims


In case of a complaint Fylde Carpet Doctor requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.

Equipment

Materials associated to standard carpet cleaning are included in your quotation.
The Client is responsible for providing the tasks list, cleaning materials and equipment when booking a specific cleaning service such as deep stain removal. We can provide all cleaning materials and equipment on request.

Carpets


Fylde Carpet Doctor will not be responsible for failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.

Cancellation


The Client may cancel / postpone a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time Fylde Carpet Doctor will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.
In the event that a cleaner travels to the clients house on the designated day and the client is not in or the cleaner cannot gain entry to the property the client shall additionally be liable for the cleaners travelling cost.
